At 53Prints, we know your time is valuable. That’s why we work hard to deliver your printed materials quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery process:
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Reliable and affordable. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: In a hurry? Select expedited shipping for delivery within 1–3 business days.
Processing Time
- Processing time depends on your order’s size and complexity. Most jobs take 2–5 business days to process.
- Once your order begins processing, you’ll receive an email confirmation and a proof link in your dashboard. This proof shows exactly what will be printed.
- You have 4 hours to review your proof and request any changes or special instructions. After 4 hours, your order goes to print and can no longer be changed.
Refund & Correction Policy
Due to our rapid production process, we cannot offer refunds for printed merchandise once printing has begun. However, if you notice a problem, we’re committed to working with you to find a solution. We may offer a reprint or correction on a case-by-case basis—your satisfaction is important to us.
Tracking Your Order
- When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
- Use this number to check your shipment status online, anytime.
